92dado Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "92dado", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our" refers to the 92dado online gaming platform accessible at https://92dado.app and all associated services, software, interfaces and content.
• "User", "Player", "you" or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on or uses the 92dado platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration with 92dado.
• "Balance" means the PKR-denominated funds held in a User's 92dado wallet, including real-money funds and any credited bonus amounts separately accounted for.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalent or matched deposit amounts awarded to a User subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process carried out using government-issued documentation, including the Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) of Pakistan.
• "Services" means all products and features available through the 92dado platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, sports betting markets and crash games.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To register a 92dado account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Provide accurate, complete and truthful registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and valid email address;
• Confirm that you are not registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform;
• Confirm that online gaming is not prohibited by the laws applicable in your specific jurisdiction.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active 92dado account. Creating duplicate, secondary or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, 92dado reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any pending bets and forfeit any balances held therein.

2.3 KYC Verification

92dado is required to verify the identity and age of all Users before processing withdrawal requests and at various points during account activity. Verification is conducted using a valid Pakistani CNIC. Users must submit clear, unaltered copies of their CNIC upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by 92dado may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92dado login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is deemed to be authorised by you. You must notify 92dado immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 92dado will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not use the 92dado platform for any of the following purposes:

• Any activity that is unlawful under applicable laws in your jurisdiction;
• Fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods, identity fraud or any misrepresentation of personal information;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or other mechanical or electronic means to interact with 92dado's games or betting interfaces;
• Money laundering or any transaction designed to disguise the origin of funds;
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs or loopholes in the platform's systems or games to derive unfair advantage;
• Conducting any activity that may damage, disrupt or interfere with the operation of the 92dado platform or its underlying infrastructure.

92dado reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account where prohibited use is suspected or confirmed, and to report such activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

92dado accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are generally credited to the User's account balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. 92dado does not accept deposits funded by credit products, unverified third-party accounts or any payment method not registered in the User's own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods previously used for deposit and registered in the User's verified name. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. 92dado reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks prior to approving withdrawal requests at its reasonable discretion. Withdrawal processing times vary by User VIP tier; VIP Platinum and Diamond members benefit from priority processing queues.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. 92dado may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule in force at the time. Users will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees taking effect.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

92dado may, at its discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, free-play credits and other promotional incentives to Users. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately to real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal may be made from the combined balance;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to each bonus are specified in the individual promotion's terms;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, IP address or device;
• 92dado reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time;
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses or placing low-risk hedged bets to clear wagering requirements, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in bonus cancellation, balance forfeiture and account closure.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 92dado platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product – casino games, live dealer tables, sportsbook markets or instant games. The following general rules apply platform-wide:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. You may not cancel or amend a bet after confirmation;
• In the event of a technical error, system failure or game malfunction during an active round or bet, 92dado reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to Users;
• For sports betting, where a market is settled in error, 92dado reserves the right to re-settle the market at the correct outcome;
• Maximum bet limits and maximum win caps apply across all products and are detailed within each game or market's information panel;
• 92dado's decision on the outcome of any disputed bet or game round shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

7. Responsible Gaming

92dado is committed to promoting responsible and safe gaming. The following tools are available to all registered Users within their account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit;
• Loss Limits – Cap the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits – Receive automatic reminders and session cut-off prompts after a defined period of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion – Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from all 92dado services for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion.

Users who have activated self-exclusion will have their accounts suspended for the duration of the exclusion period. Attempts to register new accounts during a self-exclusion period constitute a breach of these Terms. If you wish to extend or make permanent a temporary self-exclusion, contact 92dado support. 92dado will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly and without requiring justification from the User.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 92dado platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface design, software code and trademarks, is the intellectual property of 92dado or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in or to any 92dado intellectual property. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 92dado platform without prior written consent from 92dado.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92dado shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the 92dado platform;
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and any personal or financial data stored therein;
• Interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the 92dado platform;
• Bugs, viruses, Trojan horses or similar content transmitted to or through the platform by any third party;
• Errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage incurred as a result of use of content posted, transmitted or otherwise made available via the platform.

92dado does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. The platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Privacy & Data

The collection, use and processing of your personal data by 92dado is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account with 92dado, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the 92dado Privacy Policy. 92dado collects and processes personal data including CNIC information, contact details and transaction history for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

11. Amendments to Terms

92dado reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 92dado will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email to the address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the 92dado platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Users access the 92dado platform at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all local laws applicable in their jurisdiction. 92dado makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available in any particular jurisdiction. Access to or use of the platform from territories where online gambling is prohibited is expressly at the User's own risk.
